Shipping Policies:
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order.
US orders usually arrive within 4-10 business days (for in-stock items only). We will notify you if your item is on backorder and let you know the expected delivery date. If you give us your email address and your order ships UPS, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you will know exactly when to expect your package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional charges apply for some overweight or over-size items
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Overnight and 2 day delivery can be arranged on an individual basis. Exact shipping costs will be charged for express shipping and we will email or call you with the shipping cost.
We will ship to Military APO/FPO addresses for our standard rates. These orders will be shipped by USPS AirMail.
We will ship to P.O. Boxes for no additional costs. USPS Priority Mail will ship these orders.
International Shipping
Orders shipped overseas will be shipped with USPS unless otherwise specified. All items are shipped fully insured for the total value of the purchase including shipping. International customers will be charged the actual shipping cost based on the package weight and value. International shipping quotes will be determined on an individual basis. You are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your government. All International orders may be subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. eScubaShop is not responsible for any fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.
Please check with your local customs agent for costs and delays. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for any items shipped outside of the continental USA.
International Order Verification
You will need to send a copy of both the front and back of the credit card being used when placing any international order. Please Fax those documents to 530 884-4059, or email to info2@eScubaShop.com.
We will not process your order without a legible copy of this information. International orders must be placed with a credit card or direct through PayPal. If you use PayPal, you are still required to send this information to us.
Returns:
You have 60 days to return an item. We have a no questions asked policy! As long as the item is in new, unused condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging (this includes all manuals and warranty cards) you can return it for a full refund or exchange less shipping charges. Simply call or email us to let us know what you want us to do. Package your item securely and mail it back to us prepaid and insured. Also enclose a copy of your original receipt. Merchandise returned to us in used condition will not be issued a refund and will be returned to you. Custom and special order items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
